Cacora Govt.Industrial Training Institute has been Started in the year 1991 by Merging ITI-CURCHOREM and ITI-SANGUEM. This Industrial Training Institute was  set up under the State Directorate of Craftsmen Training Scheme. This Scheme is affiliated to National/State Council for Vocational training (NCVT/SCVT), New Delhi/Goa through the Directorate General of Training (DGT), under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, New Delhi. This Institute imparts training in Engineering and Non-engineering trades, as per the syllabus and curriculum approved by Government of India in consultation with the National/State Council for Vocational training (NCVT/SCVT), New Delhi/Goa.

Infrastructure

 Training & Placement 

Training & Placement is provided to all trainees of ITI Cacora

The trainees are sent to different Organisations, Industries from all across Goa. One month specialized training is conducted to trainees as per their specialization giving a onsite training experience and preparing them to suite the requirement of the industry. This ITI keep the track of passed out trainees and inform the trainees about the new job opportunities.
